The company specializes in commercial and industrial construction projects, including manufacturing facilities, distribution and logistics centers, cold storage facilities and other large-scale business developments. It is known for providing integrated design-build services that streamline both the design and construction process under a single contract. Job Description Assist in overseeing daily construction activities to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Coordinate subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety regulations. Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment. Monitor project progress, resolve problems, and prevent delays. Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and team members to provide updates and address concerns.
