Job Description

One day you may be leading a team through a large estate cleanout. The next, you'll be helping a family prepare a home for sale, coordinating donations, organizing valuable items for auction, or managing a complete household cleanout. We're looking for someone who enjoys leading people, solving problems, staying organized, and working alongside their team to get the job done right. If you're the type of leader who isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves, motivate a crew, and keep projects moving, we'd like to meet you. What You'll Do Lead a crew completing residential estate and household cleanouts. Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and professionally. Load, move, organize, and remove household contents. Identify items for donation, auction, recycling, or disposal. Maintain productivity while delivering exceptional customer service. Communicate with homeowners, family members, real estate agents, and senior move managers. Document project progress with photos and notes. Operate company trucks, dollies, and moving equipment. Ensure every project is completed on time and exceeds customer expectations. Train and mentor crew members while promoting a positive team environment. Solve problems on-site and make sound decisions without constant supervision. What We're Looking For Experience leading field crews in moving, junk removal, restoration, construction, logistics, warehouse operations, or similar industries. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to motivate a team and lead by example. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Comfortable interacting with customers during emotionally significant life events. Ability to safely lift 75+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Trailer towing or box truck driving experience is a plus.
