A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

Job Description
- This position does the estimating and management of plumbing projects. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Need to be at work every workday and go to walk-throughs or meetings for possible project bids. Good communication skills
- Constant contact with general contractors, estimators, superintendents, project managers, and suppliers. Ability to multi-task
