This role involves managing all aspects of the relocation process, ensuring a positive experience for relocating individuals. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional service, helping people transition smoothly to their new locations. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for employees throughout the entire relocation process, providing clear guidance and support at every stage. Coordinate logistics including housing arrangements, transportation and local services to facilitate smooth relocations. Act as the main liason between employees, relocation service providers, and internal teams to coordinate all aspects of the move. Select Real Estate agents for assignments to clients. Manage vendor relationships with moving companies, temporary accommodation, and other service providers to secure quality services if needed. Manage timelines and budgets associated with each relocation to ensure timely and cost-effective process. Track all relocation activities, maintaining detailed records of expenses and communications. Address any issues or concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience for relocation employees. Qualifications Experience in relocation coordination, logistics management or related roles within human resources or corporate services. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple relocations simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to clearly convey information and negotiate with vendors, employees, and internal teams across various levels. Ability to work independently with a proactive approach in problem-solving and decision-making. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Google). You will be taught our Relocation management software. A positive attitude combined with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service to support employees during significant life transitions.
