The company specializes in commercial and industrial construction projects, including manufacturing facilities, distribution and logistics centers, cold storage facilities and other large-scale business developments. It is known for providing integrated design-build services that streamline both the design and construction process under a single contract. Job Description Oversee day-to-day field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Direct and coordinate subcontractors, maintaining high standards of workmanship and compliance across all phases of construction. Promote a safety-first culture by implementing and enforcing jobsite safety policies and procedures. Monitor project performance, proactively addressing challenges and mitigating potential schedule impacts. Serve as a key point of contact between clients, project leadership, and field teams, providing regular updates and facilitating effective communication. The Successful Applicant Proven experience overseeing tilt-up/tilt-wall construction projects and understanding the technical aspects of the building process. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage field teams while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards. Comprehensive knowledge of construction safety regulations and a commitment to enforcing best practices on-site. Demonstrated ability to identify challenges, develop solutions, and keep projects on schedule. Effective communicator with proven leadership abilities to collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
