We're growing fast, with $95M+ in active project value and 20+ projects underway across Texas. Position Summary We're looking for a Field Supervisor to manage a single jobsite from start to finish — making sure crews show up on time, work gets done, and equipment stays in working order. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a construction company and learn the trade from the ground up. Responsibilities ⁠Oversee one jobsite and manage day-to-day site operations ⁠Track crew attendance and ensure work is progressing as scheduled Monitor equipment condition and report issues promptly Serve as the on-site point of contact for daily activity Act as bridge between office and field. Requirements ⁠ ⁠Construction experience preferred but not required ⁠ ⁠Must be able to stay on-site full time ⁠ ⁠Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Compensation & Benefits $18-$25/hour, based on experience If you are interested then send your resume to
