Responsibilities ⁠ ⁠Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings ⁠ ⁠Working knowledge of tilt-wall, metal building, and CMU/masonry construction methods. ⁠ ⁠Understanding of concrete placement, curing, and structural sequencing. ⁠ ⁠Familiarity with site logistics planning (crane placement, material staging, site access) ⁠ ⁠Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and jobsite safety protocols. ⁠ ⁠Ability to coordinate and sequence multiple trades (structural, MEP, envelope, finishes) ⁠ ⁠Familiarity with permitting/inspection requirements for commercial vertical builds. ⁠ ⁠Oversee daily field operations on vertical (ground-up) commercial builds ⁠ ⁠Manage schedules, crews, and site logistics across multiple active projects. ⁠ ⁠Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors Requirements Commercial construction experience required ⁠Minimum 5 years of experience ⁠Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Bilingual preferred Compensation & Benefits $90,000-$120,000/year, based on experience Gas reimbursement provided Possibility of a company truck after 3-6 months of good performance If you are interested then send your resume to resume@stealthconstructiontx.com
