We're growing fast, with $95M+ in active project value and 20+ projects underway across Texas. Joining Stealth means joining a team on the move, with plenty of room to grow and a lot to learn along the way. Responsibilities Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings Working knowledge of tilt-wall, metal building, and CMU/masonry construction methods. Understanding of concrete placement, curing, and structural sequencing. Familiarity with site logistics planning (crane placement, material staging, site access) Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and jobsite safety protocols. Ability to coordinate and sequence multiple trades (structural, MEP, envelope, finishes) Familiarity with permitting/inspection requirements for commercial vertical builds. Oversee daily field operations on vertical (ground-up) commercial builds Manage schedules, crews, and site logistics across multiple active projects. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors Requirements Commercial construction experience required Minimum 5 years of experience Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Bilingual preferred Compensation & Benefits $90,000-$120,000/year, based on experience Gas reimbursement provided Possibility of a company truck after 3-6 months of good performance If you are interested then send your resume to
