The organization emphasizes strong partnerships, proactive communication, and a collaborative approach that helps clients navigate every phase of the construction process. Job Description Manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reporting requirements Lead communication with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders Review contract documents, specifications, drawings, and project scopes Coordinate procurement activities and monitor material delivery schedules Evaluate project costs, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and pay applications Identify and resolve project challenges while minimizing risk and maintaining project momentum Partner with Superintendents to ensure field operations align with project objectives Monitor project financial performance and forecast project outcomes Promote jobsite safety and compliance with company and regulatory standards Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager - Mixed Commercial Construction should have: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor Experience managing a variety of commercial projects, including ground-up and renovation work Strong understanding of construction methodologies, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Knowledge of Texas commercial construction practices is preferred What's on Offer Competitive base salary ranging from $121,000 to $161,900.
