Claremont Property Company is a growing construction, disaster response, restoration, roofing, remediation and real estate development company operating in multiple markets throughout the United States. Our Disaster Services Division responds to hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, fires and other catastrophic events. We are expanding our government disaster-response business and are looking for an experienced Government Contracts & Proposal Manager who understands how government agencies purchase construction, restoration, remediation and emergency response services. This person will be responsible for identifying government opportunities and leading Claremont's response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), Invitations for Bid (IFBs), Sources Sought Notices, Requests for Information (RFIs), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) opportunities, task orders and other government solicitations. The successful candidate will understand that a government proposal is not simply a sales document. It is a compliance document . Every instruction, form, certification, attachment, pricing requirement, technical requirement, deadline and submission requirement must be identified, addressed and properly submitted.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of experience in government contracting, proposal management, capture management, government procurement or government construction contracting.
- Demonstrated experience preparing and submitting government
RFP/RFQ/IFB
responses.
- Experience working with federal, state or local government procurement.
- Strong proposal writing and editing skills.
- Experience interpreting solicitation requirements.
- Experience developing compliance matrices.
- Experience coordinating technical and price proposals.
- Strong understanding of government procurement procedures.
- Excellent organizational and deadline-management skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PDF/document-management software.
Experience with USACE, Department of Defense, FEMA, GSA, DHS or other federal agencies is particularly valuable.
GOVERNMENT / MILITARY EXPERIENCE
Experience with military installations or federal construction is highly desirable.
