Available Help for . Specialist Project Construction Supervisor (Spring, TX) For specialist construction company working with steel and fabric, and fabric architecture within the tensile membrane industry, assist the Operations Manager and Project Managers in overseeing the effectiveness of subcontractor installation, repair, and maintenance of structures created with steel and high tensile fabrics. Assist Project Managers through design phase to ensure the practicality of design and installation processes and contribute during the development of installation methodologies. Carry out pre-mobilization inspections of project sites to ensure all risks are identified and adequately planned for, including plant, equipment, and resource requirements. Manage a portfolio of installations from pre-site planning and site mobilization, through to project handover. Complete Quality Checks on all projects, resolving issues prior to project completion. Identify hazards, assess and resolve risks as they arise on site. Report all incidents or near misses to the appropriate parties. Up to 50% domestic travel required. 1 year experience in the job as Supervisor for membrane construction or as Fabricator and Installer for membrane construction required.
