We Are Recruiting for a Civil Construction Manager | Texas We are recruiting for an experienced Civil Construction Manager to provide field leadership on a large-scale construction project in Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on heavy civil professional with experience managing site operations, subcontractors, quality, safety, productivity, and schedule performance.

What You'll Do:

Lead daily field operations and monitor project progress and productivity Conduct quality inspections and ensure work meets project specifications and industry standards Coordinate crews, subcontractors, inspectors, and multiple construction disciplines Manage mobilization and site logistics to prevent delays Enforce OSHA and project safety requirements Monitor labor, materials, equipment, and project costs Resolve field issues and maintain schedule performance

What We're Looking For:

7+ years of heavy civil construction experience 3+ years in a Superintendent, Construction Manager, or similar leadership role Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects Background in grading, utilities, concrete, foundations, pile construction, highways, or high-tech infrastructure Strong knowledge of civil construction standards and specifications Experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Trimble ProjectSight , or similar tools is a plus Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred If you're an experienced Civil Superintendent, Heavy Civil Superintendent, or Civil Construction Manager interested in learning more, I'd love to connect.
