Embark on an exciting journey of growth, learning, and innovation in the field of construction management. Duties Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety regulations. Coordinate project activities across multiple teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff. Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical specifications to ensure accurate implementation. Utilize project management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, Prolog, and Construction Management tools to track progress and report on project milestones. Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with construction standards, regulations, and safety protocols. Manage project budgets, cost estimates, and procurement processes using HeavyBid and other estimating tools. Facilitate effective communication between Korean-speaking clients or team members and English-speaking stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment. Qualifications & Experience Fluent in Korean and English with strong verbal and written communication skills. Extensive experience managing telecommunications, infrastructure, and commercial construction projects, including greenfield developments. Strong knowledge of construction management, scheduling, estimating, cost control, contract administration, regulatory compliance, and quality standards. Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Prolog, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and technical specifications. Proven leadership, team management, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced construction environments. Strategic thinker with the ability to oversee all phases of construction projects while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule requirements. Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Your Education High School Diploma, GED (Required) Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field (Preferred) Safety-related credentials such as: NESC, OSHA, ANSI, certifications, etc. (Preferred)

Pay:
