The Site Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of Security Officers and maintaining a safe and secure environment for all employees, visitors, and customers. This position will be full-time. The Site Supervisor is responsible for checking IDs, monitoring the entrance and exit of vehicles, and providing excellent customer service. The Officers will be responsible for access control to the community.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a safe access and egress of visitors to the community Maintain communications to client Monitor the entrance and exit of construction workers Check IDs and ensure that only authorized personnel are allowed on the premises Provide excellent customer service to all residents, visitors, and customers Report any suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities Respond to emergencies and provide first aid if necessary Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Valid security officer license Valid Driver's License Excellent customer service skills Ability to work weekends Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle stressful situations Basic computer skills
Schedule :
Monday through Friday 6am to 2pm
Pay :
$20.00 per hour
