This is a hands-on position that requires the Superintendent to actively participate in the day-to-day operations of the project. Duties Lead and supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget Review, and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and blueprints to guide project execution Coordinate project schedules Oversee quality control measures, conduct site inspections, and address any issues related to construction drawing review or technical discrepancies Facilitate effective communication among management teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project momentum
