What You'll Do As a Construction Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations on the job site, ensuring each home is built with precision, efficiency, and care. You'll serve as the field leader, coordinating trades, maintaining quality, and keeping projects moving safely and on schedule while working closely with the Project Manager.
Responsibilities include:
Oversee daily construction activities to ensure work aligns with plans, specifications, and project schedules. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and labor crews to maintain an organized and productive job site. Perform regular quality inspections to ensure every aspect of the home meets PureHaven Homes' standards and all applicable building codes. Identify and resolve field challenges quickly to keep projects progressing smoothly. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site while enforcing OSHA safety standards and company policies. Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and resources to maximize efficiency and minimize waste. Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to provide progress updates, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication throughout the build. Foster positive relationships with homeowners, trade partners, inspectors, and vendors by representing PureHaven Homes with professionalism and integrity. Take ownership of the details that transform exceptional plans into exceptional homes. What We're Looking For Experience managing residential construction projects, with luxury custom home experience preferred. Strong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling. Experience with construction management software such as Buildertrend or similar platforms. Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and keep projects moving efficiently. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate and motivate trade partners. A proactive problem solver who anticipates challenges and takes ownership of solutions.
