Project Manager / Superintendent Timberidge Custom Homes - Full-Time | Salary | Starting at $80,000+ (with performance-based increases) Timberidge Custom Homes is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Superintendent to oversee residential and commercial construction projects in Heber City, Ut. This is a full-time leadership role for a proven professional who can manage schedules, budgets, and crews while ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and budgets are met Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews Oversee on-site activities and enforce safety compliance Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards Provide clear communication between clients, design team, and construction staff Resolve issues quickly to keep projects moving forward Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports
Qualifications:
5+ years of construction management or superintendent experience (residential and/or commercial) Strong knowledge of building methods, codes, and safety regulations Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
