• Federal construction experience required — we work FAA, USACE, NPS, and GSA projects across multiple states Must own technical delivery: schedules, budgets, submittals, subcontractor coordination, change orders, RFIs Comfortable managing multiple active projects simultaneously Strong under pressure — our PMs deal with complex federal clients, tight schedules, and they need to be able to work through problems that come from multiple directions without losing their composure Procore experience preferred This isn't a paper-pusher role — we need people who take ownership and drive results A bit about us:•We are currently seeking a seasoned Permanent Project Manager, specializing in General Construction for Federal Projects.
