This is an opportunity to join a contractor with a strong pipeline of large-scale work and long-term career opportunities for experienced field leaders. The position will take responsibility for electrical field operations on complex, fast-paced projects, coordinating manpower, subcontractors, schedules, safety and quality while working closely with Project Managers, General Superintendents and project leadership. The Package Depending on experience, the overall package can include: $150,000 - $200,000+ base salary Per diem for qualifying candidates Company vehicle or truck allowance Fuel card Performance bonus Comprehensive health benefits 401(k) PTO and paid holidays Long-term progression into Senior Superintendent and General Superintendent positions Relocation assistance may also be available for the right candidate. What You'll Be Doing You will oversee electrical construction in the field from installation through commissioning and turnover, including: Managing electrical field operations on large-scale data center / mission-critical projects Leading foremen, general foremen and field crews Coordinating manpower, materials and equipment Managing project schedules and short-term look-aheads Working closely with GC, owner, engineering and commissioning teams Overseeing installation of electrical distribution and critical power systems Ensuring work is completed safely, correctly and on schedule Identifying field issues early and driving solutions Maintaining high standards of QA/QC Supporting commissioning, energization and turnover activities What We're Looking For We are interested in speaking with Electrical Superintendents, Senior Superintendents and General Foremen with experience in one or more of the following: Data centers / hyperscale construction Mission-critical facilities Semiconductor / chip manufacturing Advanced manufacturing Large healthcare projects Industrial electrical construction Other large, technically complex electrical projects Previous data center experience is highly desirable, but we will also consider strong electrical field leaders from other major mission-critical environments. Candidates should have a strong understanding of commercial/industrial electrical systems and the ability to lead sizable field teams in a demanding construction environment. Why Consider It?
