Heard Concrete Inc. is seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to oversee concrete construction projects on government and military bases. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience managing crews, and the ability to work in high-security, regulated environments. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily concrete operations on government base projects Manage crews, subcontractors, and jobsite scheduling Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specifications Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and base personnel Enforce safety policies and quality control standards Read and interpret plans, specs, and schedules Requirements 5+ years experience as a Concrete Superintendent Experience on government, federal, or military base projects preferred Strong knowledge of concrete formwork, rebar, placement, and finishing Ability to pass background check and base access requirements OSHA knowledge (OSHA 30 preferred) First Aid/CPR Valid driver's license Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Full-time, long-term opportunity Advancement potential Benefits available
