Warranty & Service Technician - Solve Problems. Make It Right. Take Care of People. Can you walk into a house, hear a homeowner describe a problem, and quickly figure out what's really going on? Do you know enough about construction to spot issues before they become bigger problems? Can you coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and follow through without someone constantly checking on you? Do you believe taking care of customers after they move into their home is just as important as building it in the first place? Are you the type of person who finds solutions instead of excuses and takes pride in getting things done the right way? If this sounds like you, keep reading. We might just get along. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners to inspect and evaluate warranty concerns. Diagnose construction-related issues and determine the best path to resolution. Coordinate repairs with subcontractors and vendors. Complete minor repairs and punch-list items when appropriate. Track and follow up on outstanding warranty items to ensure they are resolved. Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners throughout the process. Work closely with the Warranty Manager to improve customer satisfaction and reduce recurring issues. Help identify construction trends and opportunities to improve quality. Maintain accurate records, notes, and documentation of warranty activities. Travel to homes throughout our service area as needed. What It Takes to Succeed 5+ years of residential construction experience preferred. Strong understanding of residential construction methods, materials, and systems. Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose construction-related problems. Experience working directly with homeowners, customers, or clients. Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities at the same time. Strong organization, communication, and follow-through skills. Ability to learn and adapt to new technology and software. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Full-time Schedule:
Monday to Friday Day Shift - 7:30-4:30. However, flexibility will be required based on location of the job and the scope of work for that day.
