Construction Project Manager About James River Rental Property James River Rental Property acquires, renovates, and manages rental properties throughout Central Virginia, with a focus on long-term community impact. Our portfolio includes single-family homes, apartments, mobile home parks, and commercial properties. Position Overview We're seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee renovation and construction projects across our growing portfolio. This role is ideal for experienced Foremen or Superintendents ready to advance their careers into project management. Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple renovation and construction projects from planning through completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project schedules
- Ensure projects meet budget, timeline, safety, and quality standards
- Conduct site inspections and address issues proactively
- Review and approve project plans, specifications, and material selections
- Communicate project status to leadership
- Source materials and negotiate with vendors Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years construction experience (Project Management or Foreman/Superintendent experience preferred, not required)
- Strong knowledge of residential construction and renovation practices
- Ability to managing budgets and schedules
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Pay:
$60,000.00- $72,500.
