We are looking for a hands-on Construction Manager to oversee multiple construction crews working across several properties within the same area. The Construction Manager will make sure work is being completed correctly, on schedule, and according to the required scope. This person will regularly visit properties, check progress, keep crews on track, and step in to help solve problems when needed. Responsibilities Oversee multiple construction crews across several properties Visit jobsites regularly and monitor progress Make sure all required work is being completed Ensure work meets quality standards Keep crews on schedule and accountable Identify and address problems or delays Make sure crews have what they need to complete the work Help prioritize work across multiple properties Step in and assist with construction needs when necessary Keep track of job progress and outstanding items Requirements Construction experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role Strong knowledge of general construction Ability to manage multiple crews and projects at once Organized, reliable, and hands-on Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and make decisions in the field Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
