Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead and provide technical oversight for large-scale commercial electrical projects . This role involves managing change-outs, retrofits, and installations of complex electrical and control systems for projects ranging from $100K to $3M . The Superintendent will oversee 10-15 electricians , ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise & coordinate work for a team of 10-15 electricians, apprentices, and helpers Provide technical leadership and hands-on support for electrical installations Ensure safety compliance and promote a safety-first culture Train & mentor team members on best practices and injury prevention Collaborate with the Electrical Project Manager to assess labor, materials, and work progress Ensure project completion aligns with schedule, budget, and quality standards

What We're Looking For:

Proven leadership experience as a Lead Electrician, Foreman, Supervisor, or Superintendent Strong knowledge of commercial electrical and control systems 7+ years of experience in commercial electrical work (preferred) Journeyman or Master's Electrical License (preferred) Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans Thorough knowledge of OSHA safety regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills Clean driving record and ability to pass a drug screen and background check About the
