Job Description

Project Manager Green Oak Exteriors Northern Virginia & Maryland Green Oak Exteriors is a fast-growing exterior remodeling company serving homeowners throughout Northern Virginia and Maryland. We specialize in roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and doors for both retail and insurance claim customers. We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Project Manager to help oversee projects from signed contract through completion. This role is ideal for someone who has experience managing multiple residential construction projects at one time, coordinating schedules, ordering materials, communicating with crews and homeowners, and making sure jobs stay on track. Position Overview The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day flow of residential exterior remodeling projects. This person will work closely with the office team, sales team, crews, suppliers, and homeowners to ensure projects are completed on time, materials are ordered properly, and customers receive excellent communication throughout the process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage several projects at once, and has previous experience in roofing, siding, gutters, windows, doors, or general residential construction. Responsibilities Schedule roofing, siding, gutter, window, and door projects Coordinate with homeowners regarding project start dates, material delivery, and timelines Order materials from suppliers and verify quantities for each project Confirm labor crews and subcontractors are scheduled properly Track project progress from signed contract through completion Ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget Communicate with the office team regarding production schedules and project status Handle customer communication before, during, and after installation Visit jobsites as needed to verify progress, quality, and completion Resolve scheduling conflicts, customer concerns, and production issues quickly Review permits, supplements, measurements, and scope details when necessary Coordinate warranty work, punch lists, and final project closeout items Keep accurate notes and updates in CRM systems and project management software Work closely with suppliers to ensure materials are delivered correctly and on time Assist with maintaining strong relationships with crews, vendors, and homeowners Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, scheduling, production management, or operations within roofing, siding, gutters, windows, doors, or residential construction Strong experience scheduling projects and ordering materials Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities at once Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to read measurements, scopes of work, and basic construction documents Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to use CRM systems, email, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred Experience with insurance restoration projects is a plus Experience with MarketSharp, AccuLynx, EagleView, or similar systems is a plus Compensation Compensation will range between $48,500
