Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to coordinate all phases of construction activities. Oversee project estimating processes utilizing HeavyBid or comparable tools to accurately forecast costs and resources. Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to ensure compliance with project specifications and legal requirements. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and project progression. Monitor construction site activities for safety compliance, quality standards, and progress milestones; conduct regular site inspections. Utilize Bluebeam for blueprint reading, schematics review, and document management to support project accuracy. Track project performance metrics related to time management, resource allocation, and cost control; prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders. Implement construction management best practices by leveraging construction management software for scheduling, document control, and reporting. Ensure all work aligns with industry standards and local regulations while maintaining a focus on safety and quality assurance. Skills Proven experience in construction site management with a strong background in Residential Remodeling & Additions; as well as familiar with Commercial Construction. Proficiency in project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project; familiarity with BuilderTrend a plus. Expertise in construction estimating techniques; ability to develop accurate cost projections. Strong knowledge of contracts, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction documentation. Skilled in using construction management software for project coordination, document control, and reporting purposes. ( BuilderTrend ) Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects. Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Bluebeam ( or similar such as CoConstruct, ProCore ) Effective communicator capable of collaborating with diverse teams including clients, contractors, engineers, and regulatory agencies. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams while maintaining high safety standards on-site.
