This Senior Project Manager / Director of Construction - Multifamily Construction opportunity is based in Bellingham, WA, and offers the chance to lead large-scale multifamily developments from preconstruction through closeout while mentoring project managers and helping shape the future leadership of a growing organization known for integrity, safety, and long-term career advancement. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Project Manager / Director of Construction - Multifamily Construction position include: Preferably 5-20 years of successful project management experience on multifamily or commercial construction projects Experience managing construction projects from preconstruction, estimating, and bidding through completion and closeout Lead and develop a team while managing your own multifamily construction project Build, maintain, and drive project schedules, budgets, profitability forecasts, and quality standards Review drawings, submittals, contracts, change orders, and negotiate subcontracts Communicate effectively with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams Ensure project safety, material procurement, commissioning, and successful project delivery from groundbreaking through completion Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience in lieu of education
Salary :
$115,000 - $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
