Job Description

Job Summary A well-established construction company in Bothell, WA is seeking an experienced Office Manager - Construction to support daily office operations, accounting administration, vendor documentation, and internal team coordination. This direct hire role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, values accuracy, and takes pride in keeping a busy construction office organized and running smoothly. This is a highly visible position within a small, collaborative team where your work will have a direct impact on business operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day office operations, administrative workflows, and general office organization. Manage accounts payable processes, vendor invoice entry, and recurring monthly expenses using Sage. Prepare, distribute, and track subcontract agreements, Certificates of Insurance, W-9s, and vendor documentation. Track and maintain Positive Pay activity and accurate accounting, project, and vendor records. Support internal teams with administrative needs, special projects, and cross-training in payroll, accounts receivable, and additional accounting functions.
Compensation and Benefits Salary range:
$50,000 to $55,000 per year. Direct hire opportunity. Part-time schedule, approximately 24 to 30 hours per week. Paid time off.
