Job Summary We are seeking a Project Coordinator
- Construction for a direct hire opportunity in Kent, WA.
This role supports residential and commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, helping Project Managers, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients stay organized and aligned. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented construction professional who enjoys working in a collaborative project environment with supportive leadership, strong teamwork, and clear communication. The Project Coordinator will play an important role in keeping documentation current, deadlines on track, and project records accurate while building valuable experience across multiple phases of construction project management. Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to Project Managers and project teams.
- Maintain project files, contracts, drawings, correspondence, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, internal teams, and clients to support project progress.
- Assist with project schedules, meetings, agendas, notes, reports, deadlines, and follow-up items.
- Track Certificates of Insurance, W-9s, subcontract agreements, purchase orders, invoices, budgets, and cost-related documentation.
- Support project closeout activities, including warranties, manuals, punch-list documentation, and final project records. Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $65,000 to $85,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

- Support construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
- Track and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Maintain accurate project records, schedules, files, and follow-up items.
- Coordinate communication between Project Managers, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
- 3-5 years of project coordination, construction administration, or related experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work effectively with Project Managers, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction, general contracting, subcontracting, architecture, engineering, or a related industry.
- Experience supporting residential, commercial, or office construction projects.
- Experience with construction or project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar systems.
- Familiarity with construction documentation, contracts, insurance certificates, subcontract agreements, project closeout records, and cost tracking.
