This position is responsible for project planning, financial performance, scheduling, field execution, quality, safety, and client communication. The Project Manager works closely with Superintendents and field leaders to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. What You'll Do Lead project turnover, planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution. Track job costs, labor productivity, materials, and project performance against established targets. Partner closely with Superintendents to coordinate staffing, equipment, sequencing, and jobsite needs. Provide field leadership with clear expectations, resources, and support. Maintain strong communication with clients, general contractors, internal teams, and key vendors. Identify project risks, schedule impacts, scope gaps, and cost concerns, and take proactive steps to address them. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, billing documentation, and other project controls. Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress, quality, productivity, and safety. Support punch-list completion, client walkthroughs, final documentation, and project closeout. Coach and develop Superintendents while reinforcing accountability, teamwork, and professional standards. What You'll Bring Project management experience in commercial landscape construction or a closely related construction environment. Strong understanding of project budgets, job-cost tracking, labor productivity, scheduling, and margin performance. Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines. A customer-focused approach to working with clients and general contractors. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Procore. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. English proficiency required; bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
