Looking for various levels of an on-site Apartment Manager and Assistant Manager for our newly-built apartment complexes located in Spokane Valley, South Hill, Liberty Lake, Airway Heights, and surrounding areas including Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. We offer upward and lateral mobility within our geographically-diverse operations. On-site housing, either 2 or 3 bedroom, 2 bath units, with washer and dryer included and is available as part of the compensation package. In addition to an hourly rate plus medical benefits after the customary waiting period, we split any out of pocket co-pays after employ pays first half, we pay the second half. We provide holiday pay, and paid time-off (PTO) accrual.

ON SITE MANAGER

Apartment or property management experience is preferred but will train the right applicant who has a math aptitude and proven reliability with verifiable references. Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and HOTMA experience preferred, but not required.

ASSIST MANAGER

We are also seeking assistant managers willing to assist and train with a full-time manager. This can be full or part-time depending on the location and your availability. This is a great option for students, parents, semi-retired people who wish to stay active and contribute to the community as we focus on affordable and senior housing.
