This position oversees construction operations from preconstruction through project completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with tribal priorities. The Division Manager works closely with tribal leadership, project teams, government agencies, subcontractors, vendors, and community stakeholders to successfully execute projects and support long-term economic and community development. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day construction division operations, including project management, field operations, estimating, scheduling, and resource allocation. Oversee multiple construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Establish and maintain strong relationships with tribal leadership, tribal enterprises, government agencies, subcontractors, vendors, and community stakeholders. Support tribal economic development initiatives through successful project execution and business growth. Identify and pursue new opportunities involving tribal, federal, state, municipal, commercial, and public works projects. Review project budgets, estimates, contracts, schedules, change orders, and financial performance. Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers, superintendents, estimators, and construction personnel. Ensure projects meet applicable codes, safety requirements, quality standards, contract requirements, and tribal policies. Coordinate with tribal departments and leadership to understand project priorities and community needs. Develop relationships with local and tribal subcontractors, suppliers, and businesses to create additional economic opportunities. Lead quality-control and safety initiatives across the division. Participate in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term operational planning. Represent the organization professionally with tribal leadership, government agencies, project stakeholders, and industry partners. Qualifications 7+ years of progressive construction management or operations experience. Experience overseeing multiple construction projects and teams. Strong knowledge of construction operations, estimating, project financials, scheduling, and contracts. Experience with tribal, federal, government, public works, or community development projects preferred. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to build trusted relationships with tribal leadership, community stakeholders, and external partners. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
