Position Summary The Reconstruction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing residential reconstruction and remodeling projects from initial handoff through final completion. This role manages schedules, budgets, subcontractors, customer communication, quality control, and project execution to ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to LANDALL's standards of excellence. Key Responsibilities Manage residential reconstruction and remodeling projects from start to finish Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and production timelines Coordinate subcontractors, materials, vendors, and internal resources Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the construction process Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and consistent follow-through Conduct project planning meetings and ensure all parties remain aligned on expectations and timelines Review scopes of work and ensure projects are executed according to specifications Prepare and manage change orders, supplements, and project documentation Conduct regular site visits to verify quality, safety, cleanliness, and progress Monitor job costs, profitability, and production goals Identify potential challenges early and implement practical solutions Provide regular project updates to customers, office staff, and leadership Coordinate and manage projects in accordance with Third-Party Administrator (TPA), insurance carrier, and program requirements Maintain compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), communication standards, documentation requirements, milestone deadlines, and program scorecards Ensure estimates, supplements, change orders, photos, updates, and required documentation are submitted accurately and on time Monitor program performance metrics and proactively address issues that may impact compliance, customer satisfaction, or project cycle times Build and maintain positive working relationships with TPAs, insurance adjusters, carrier representatives, subcontractors, and vendors Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to LANDALL quality standards Required Qualifications Residential construction project management experience Strong understanding of residential construction methods, materials, scheduling, budgeting, and job costing Experience utilizing CRM software and maintaining accurate project documentation Experience managing change orders, supplements, and project scope changes Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership, customer service, communication, and organizational skills Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with homeowners, subcontractors, vendors, and team members Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications Experience managing residential reconstruction projects Experience working with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) such as Contractor Connection, Alacrity, Sedgwick, or similar programs Strong understanding of service level agreements (SLAs), program compliance requirements, and performance metrics Experience working with insurance restoration claims, reconstruction scopes, and insurance adjusters Experience coordinating subcontractors and vendor relationships Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Hands-on residential construction experience such as carpentry, framing, drywall, painting, or related trades Experience utilizing Xactimate, supplements, and change orders What Makes You a Great Fit The most successful Project Managers at LANDALL are people who: Take ownership and accountability for results Follow through on commitments and do what they say they will do Communicate proactively and professionally Lead with confidence, humility, and integrity Hold themselves and others accountable to high standards Build strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, carrier partners, and teammates Stay solution-focused when challenges arise Adapt quickly and remain effective in a fast-paced environment Understand the importance of balancing quality, customer satisfaction, profitability, and compliance Take pride in delivering projects that reflect the LANDALL reputation Why Join LANDALL?
