Job Description Driving Position at Port of Tacoma Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and reliable New Vehicle Transporters/Shuttle Drivers. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of new vehicles from our customer's factory to the staging yard/rail yard. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer service. Key Responsibilities Transport new vehicles to specified staging areas using company-provided transport equipment. Inspect vehicles for any damage before and after transportation. Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety procedures. Communicate effectively with customers, and other team members. Ability to work well in a team environment. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Knowledge of vehicle handling and safety procedures. Good communication and customer service skills.
