What You'll Do Schedule & Dispatch:

Coordinate installation schedules between homeowners, installation crews, and field managers to ensure smooth execution.

Manage Permits:

Submit, track, and secure required municipal permits and schedule necessary inspections on time.

Customer Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing clear project updates and answering questions.

Job Prep & Logistics:

Verify project details, ensure correct equipment/materials are ordered, and keep job statuses updated in our system.

What We're Looking For Industry Background:

HVAC, plumbing, or home services scheduling experience preferred.

Permitting Knowledge:

Experience pulling municipal permits and handling inspection processes preferred.

Skillsets:

Project management or strong administrative coordination experience is a major plus.

Soft Skills:
