In this pivotal role, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project schedules, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver projects that meet quality standards and client expectations. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and team leadership will drive the successful execution of high-profile projects across the infrastructure sector. Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of installation projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications. Manage and direct teams on-site, including subcontractors, technicians, and labor crews, fostering a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment. Develop detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively. Oversee procurement processes, including construction estimating, contracts, and procurement of materials using tools like ProCore or Bluebeam. Ensure compliance with all construction regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies throughout project phases. Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide installation activities accurately. Coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve issues promptly, manage project documentation via Prolog or Primavera P6, and maintain clear communication channels. Monitor project costs through effective cost management strategies while maintaining quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and safety compliance; address any discrepancies immediately. Prepare comprehensive progress reports, change orders, and project documentation for review by senior management. Requirements Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a focus on installations. Strong knowledge of construction management software such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Prolog, HeavyBid or similar tools. Extensive construction site experience with a solid understanding of construction scheduling and project coordination. Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards. Expertise in reading blueprints and technical drawings; familiarity with construction plans is essential. Knowledge of construction regulations, codes, permits, and environmental policies relevant to infrastructure projects. Excellent organizational skills with a focus on time management and project leadership. Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
