• Starting range $100,000-$110,000 annually, based on experience

• PTO and paid holidays About the Role PRE/3 is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multifamily renovation projects and perform quality inspections on new construction developments throughout the Midwest.

This position combines project planning, budgeting, contractor management, and field oversight to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to company standards. Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and contractor agreements
• Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and material deliveries
• Conduct site inspections and quality control reviews
• Identify and resolve project issues and delays
• Oversee project closeouts and punch lists
• Serve as an Owner's Representative on new construction projects Qualifications
• 10+ years of construction project management experience
• Experience with multifamily, residential, commercial, or renovation projects
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contractor management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel Travel
• Primarily Wisconsin-based travel
• Approximately 60% field / 40% office
• Occasional overnight travel Technology Skills
• Microsoft Office Suite
