Build valuable experience in project coordination, subcontractor management, payroll support, and construction operations. Contribute to projects that rely on strong administrative support to stay organized, compliant, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Support Project Managers with monthly project billings, pay applications, lien documentation, compliance requirements, and related reporting. Coordinate job starts, project setup, work orders, budgets, phase codes, change orders, and project records. Process service billings, maintain billing templates, and support payroll time-entry accuracy. Manage subcontractor documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, insurance certificates, lien releases, certified payroll, and other compliance requirements. Assist with accounts receivable, collections updates, and accounts payable activities as needed. Complete certified payroll, EEO reporting, and other project-related administrative tasks while supporting the Project Management Team. Qualifications Associate degree or 2+ years of related experience in construction administration, project coordination, billing, accounting support, or office administration. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Experience with construction billing, payroll, compliance, or project management software is a plus.
