Responsibilities Lead and manage the entire construction portfolio, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Develop and implement strategic plans to expand business opportunities and improve operational efficiency. Oversee project management teams, providing guidance on planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk mitigation. Monitor financial performance through profit & loss analysis, ensuring projects meet financial targets and operational costs are controlled. Drive process improvements by applying lean management principles and data-driven decision-making to optimize workflows. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance customer service and project delivery. Supervise senior managers and team leaders, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous development. Conduct regular reviews of project progress using Excel data analysis tools to identify areas for improvement or corrective action. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies across all projects. Lead strategic planning sessions to align operational goals with long-term business objectives. Experience Proven management experience within the construction industry or related fields with a focus on large-scale projects. Extensive experience in profit & loss management coupled with financial analysis skills using Excel or similar tools. Demonstrated success in project management, including scheduling, resource coordination, and risk assessment. Strong background in business management with a focus on operational excellence and process improvement methodologies such as lean management. Experience leading diverse teams at an executive level with excellent managerial communication skills. Track record of developing team members through leadership coaching and strategic team development initiatives. Familiarity with sales strategies within the construction sector to support business growth objectives. Ability to implement data-driven decision-making processes for operational enhancements and strategic planning. Knowledge of construction safety standards, quality assurance protocols, and environmental compliance requirements.
