Job Description

We're looking for a Project Manager to oversee construction projects from start to finish. You'll be responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans. Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, equipment, and materials. Review contracts, drawings, and specifications to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project costs, cash flow, and financial performance. Prepare progress reports, invoices, and payment applications. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and stakeholders. Proactively identify and resolve project risks and challenges. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance. Lead and support project teams to drive successful project delivery. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of project management experience in heavy civil, roadway, or highway construction. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Primavera, Vista, or similar project management software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of DOT regulations, construction standards, and industry best practices. PMP certification is a plus.
Pay:
$120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
