Construction Project Manager

Job Description

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead ground-up and renovation capital projects. The ideal candidate will manage projects from initial concept through final closeout, overseeing design development, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, construction execution, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience. Minimum 8 years of construction project management experience delivering ground-up and complex capital projects. Demonstrated expertise in feasibility studies, design development, construction documentation, bidding, procurement, and project execution. Strong understanding of construction engineering principles, scheduling, budgeting, quality assurance, and project controls.
Advanced proficiency with:
Microsoft Project Procore Microsoft Excel Bluebeam Proven experience managing contractors, consultants, project engineers, and safety personnel across multiple concurrent projects. Experience supporting industrial, warehouse, office, manufacturing, automotive, or similar facility projects. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. OSHA certification. Experience in manufacturing or automotive facility construction. Extensive knowledge of construction safety programs, documentation, and compliance requirements.
