PROPERTY FIELD INSPECTOR - HIGH-VOLUME OPPORTUNITY JAB

Property Preservation LLC is hiring a dependable Property Field Inspector to complete residential property inspections throughout assigned areas in Arizona. Arizona Field-Based / Independent Work Paid Per Completed Inspection Potential for up to 1,000 inspections per month This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, being on the road, and managing their own daily route.

PAY PER COMPLETED INSPECTION

Field Inspection (FI / DFI / FIB): $5.63 Interior Inspection (FINT): $7.50 Rush Interior Inspection (FINTR): $9.00 Rush Inspection (FIR-SALE): $7.50 Quality Control Interior (REOINT): $11.25 Insurance Loss Inspection (IL): $12.00 Inspection volume will vary based on workload, service area, performance, and availability. There is potential for up to 1,000 inspections per month .

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will travel to assigned residential properties and: Complete assigned field inspections Take clear, required photos Determine and document occupancy status Document exterior and/or interior property conditions as required Report damages, hazards, violations, or other concerns Follow all inspection and photo requirements Submit complete inspection results within required timelines Plan your route efficiently to complete assignments This is primarily an inspection position. You will not be expected to perform property preservation repairs or maintenance as part of the inspection rate.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Reliable vehicle Valid driver's license and insurance Smartphone with a good camera, GPS, and reliable data service Ability to travel throughout your assigned territory Strong attention to detail Ability to follow photo and documentation requirements exactly Reliable communication Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume route Dependability — assigned inspections must be completed on time Previous experience with property preservation, mortgage field services, occupancy inspections, insurance inspections, REO properties, or field inspections is preferred, but we are willing to consider the right candidate without previous experience.

IMPORTANT

This position is best suited for someone who can handle volume . Earnings will depend heavily on the number and type of inspections completed and the density of the assigned route. Accuracy is extremely important. Missing photos, incomplete documentation, or inaccurate inspection reports can result in rejected inspections.
