CrimsonBlu is looking for motivated, detail-oriented business owners/independent contractors in Downey, CA to complete residential property inspections. If you like being outdoors, working independently, and controlling your own schedule — this is a great way to build a business around your life, not the other way around. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. You control how and when you complete accepted jobs, you're free to work with other companies at the same time, and you're responsible for your own taxes and any applicable business insurance.
