We are seeking a Structural Maintenance Specialist (Branch III Licensed Inspector) who combines technical expertise with a consultative sales approach to keep our clients' properties safe, sound, and market-ready.
What You'll Do Conduct Advanced Diagnostics:
Utilize non-invasive, state-of-the-art diagnostic technology to evaluate residential and commercial structures for Wood-Destroying Organisms (WDO) and structural damage.
Deliver Consultative Solutions:
Partner with property owners, buyers, and real estate professionals to present tailored maintenance, mitigation, and preservation plans that keep properties in peak sellable condition.
Protect Property Equity:
Educate clients on long-term structural maintenance strategies, transforming technical inspection findings into clear, actionable preservation reports.
Manage Customer Relationships:
Build trust with our existing customer base through professional, transparent, and expert-level advice. What We're Looking For Active Branch III License (Required).
Proven Sales Track Record:
Demonstrated ability to communicate value, overcome objections, and close consultative solution sales.
Building & Construction Background:
Knowledge of residential construction, framing, remodeling, or structural repair is highly preferred.
Customer-Centric Mindset:
