What You'll Be Doing:
On-Site Assessments:
Conduct thorough physical inspections of residential properties, evaluating structures, roofs, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Tech-Driven Reporting:
Generate detailed, digital inspection reports with clear notes and photos using our modern reporting software.
Client Consultation:
Walk homebuyers and real estate agents through your findings on-site, explaining complex issues in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
Safety First:
Identify hazards and structural concerns.
Ancillary Services:
Perform additional inspections including sewer scopes, mold testing, and thermal imaging (training provided).
What We're Looking For:
Licensing:
Active Florida Home Inspector License (or the proven ability to obtain your license quickly).
Speed & Detail:

Communication Skills:
