This role calls for 5 or more years of residential inspection, property maintenance, or quality assurance experience. You will walk our luxury homes and judge them the way a guest will experience them, catching what separates rental-ready from almost ready. Who You Are You are a seasoned Home Inspector who reads a home the way a guest will experience it. You take pride in documentation so clear, and photos so complete, that nothing gets questioned later. You are confident making the call in gray areas, telling ordinary wear apart from real damage. You are a polished, owner-facing communicator who explains findings plainly. You bring 5 or more years of residential inspection, property maintenance, or quality assurance experience. What You Will Do Each Day Inspect luxury homes for safety concerns, ordinary wear versus real damage, and maintenance readiness. Document findings using company systems and required photo standards. Apply consistent judgment aligned with our brand standards. Flag maintenance items that keep homes rental-ready. Run deep-dive inspections on higher-value or complex properties. Support quality reviews, standards calibration, and mentoring of other inspectors over time. Why You Will Love Working Here Pay from $50,000 to $65,000 per year.
