Key Responsibilities
- Conduct residential and commercial building inspections using company‑provided tools and technology.
- Document findings clearly, delivering written reports that clients can easily understand.
- Communicate results calmly and professionally. Work with both first‑time homebuyers and seasoned homeowners.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, helping clients feel supported through an often stressful process.
- Work on a team with fellow inspectors and staff to provide excellent customer experiences.
- Maintain knowledge of current industry standards, building codes, and best practices to uphold Dunsing's reputation for excellence.
