Key Responsibilities

• Conduct residential and commercial building inspections using company‑provided tools and technology.
• Document findings clearly, delivering written reports that clients can easily understand.
• Communicate results calmly and professionally. Work with both first‑time homebuyers and seasoned homeowners.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, helping clients feel supported through an often stressful process.
• Work on a team with fellow inspectors and staff to provide excellent customer experiences.
• Maintain knowledge of current industry standards, building codes, and best practices to uphold Dunsing's reputation for excellence.

Physical Requirements:

Getting in and out of vehicles multiple times throughout the entire work day. Perform frequent, extensive, and prolonged walking over rough and uneven surfaces. May require regular and prolonged bending, stooping, squatting, and kneeling while working in confined spaces. Tasks include operating handheld computers and regular computer equipment. Tasks requires lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds.

Work Environment:

Will be varied and you will be required to work in all weather conditions.
