In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our construction projects, from pre-construction surveys and safety audits to inspecting contractor work and managing administrative tasks like invoicing and documentation. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting inspections and safety audits of contractor work. Ensuring accuracy of production reports and contractor invoices. Managing administrative duties, including tracking productivity, materials, and permits. Verifying as-built drawings and performing pre-construction site surveys. Monitoring job status and addressing customer complaints/violations.

Qualifications:

2+ years of OSP construction inspection experience Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to travel in-state up to 70%.
