Commercial Concrete Quality Inspector Qualifications:

2 years of quality experience in the commercial construction industry required Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer-based documentation tools required Capability to read, understand and apply standard to moderately complex documents affecting projects, including but not limited to agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, prints, surveys and drawings required Knowledge of construction processes and terminology required Strong teamwork orientation, initiative, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills required Working knowledge of applicable quality standards and construction-related requirements, including ASTM and ACI standards required Ability to obtain and maintain quality-related certifications as required, such as ACI or ASTM certifications

Commercial Concrete Quality Inspector Responsibilities:

Maintain site quality on assigned projects, including but not limited to site quality audits, Document quality deficiencies, risks, and help senior site leadership with corrective action plans Provide site quality updates and follow-up support Verify submitted materials are correct for concrete crews and subcontractors Maintain quality documentation, including Daily quality reports, Site quality and stored-material documentation for concrete work, Checklist compliance in accordance with concrete job requirements Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
